Movement, mindfulness, and fun for little yogis

​

Our child yoga classes are playful, supportive, and designed to help kids feel calm, confident, and connected. Each session includes short, engaging activities that combine movement, breath, and imagination – all within a warm and friendly environment.

​

Children will explore:

  • Breathing techniques to help with focus and emotions

  • Gentle warm-ups and a weekly Sun Salutation for routine

  • Active games and yoga poses, chosen together for fun and learning

  • Balance and partner challenges to build confidence

  • Relaxation and mindfulness, ending with a calming affirmation:
    “I am brave, I am strong, and I am always enough.”​

We finish each class with a few minutes of mindful colouring, helping children leave feeling grounded, proud, and peaceful.
