Would you like to have a more loving relationship with and for yourself? Seeing yourself as worthy of love?

In Sunday’s session, I will be creating a safe space for us to dive deeper into your subconscious beliefs and stories, which are preventing you from truly loving yourself. Having them then healed, released and replaced with more loving and empowering ones, to support you in your journey of loving yourself and having self love. For you to be able to have a more kinder and loving relationship with yourself. Seeing yourself as a priority, showing yourself the love that you truly deserve and desire. 

To do this, I will be using the Thetahealing digging technique and a Thetahealing guided meditation and energy clearing for a deeper healing. ThetaHealing is a powerful technique which supports you in going to your root beliefs, which are creating your reality. So we can shift, heal and resolve them for you, with empowering and uplifting ones, to create powerful transformations.

What can you expect in the session?
•⁠  ⁠Journalling and discussion to support you in diving in deeper to uncover your subconscious belief
•⁠  ⁠A relaxing guided ThetaHealing Meditation and Energy Clearing
•⁠  ⁠Oracle Card Pull for further guidance
•⁠  ⁠A warm tea and a chocolate to enjoy
•⁠  ⁠Then after the session, you will also receive a replay of the healing meditation to replay at home
