Emily is trained in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, meditation, and hypnobirthing. She leads transformative retreats blending meditation, journaling, and affirmations, creating spaces for deep reflection and genuine connection. Known for meaningful conversations (and a touch of oversharing), she helps people move beyond the surface and reconnect with their true selves.

Cain is a trained yoga instructor and co-owner of The Nest, passionate about making wellbeing and yoga accessible to everyone. His relaxed, fun, and welcoming classes invite people at any stage to explore and grow, and his wellbeing workshops share simple, practical tools for managing everyday wellbeing.

I’m excited to share this yoga journey with you—growing, connecting, and finding balance in body, mind, and spirit. I love yoga’s versatility, from strong vinyasa to deep yin, wherever I am in the world. Trained at the House of Om in Bali, I’m inspired by the sense of community yoga creates and aim to bring that into every class. My hope is you leave feeling clear-headed, energised, and grounded, ready to take on the week with strength, flexibility, and self-love.

Hayley has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, blending her dance background into mindful, flowing classes that support alignment, balance, and overall wellbeing. She creates an empowering, supportive space to help clients build strength and move with confidence and ease.

I began my wellness journey as a holistic therapist before discovering yoga in India, where I later completed my teacher training. A medicine musician with a love for the healing power of the voice, I guide women through yoga, voice activation, and creative practices to reconnect with their body, inner wisdom, and creativity.

Georgia Barratt
Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Georgia, a yoga teacher trained in Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa, Yin, and Mandala yoga. I see yoga as a mirror—a practice of meeting yourself as you are and coming home, piece by piece. My classes go beyond the physical, focusing on presence, consistency, and self-connection, and I love sharing the grounding and wisdom yoga has given me with others.

Sophie Leach

After many years of practice, I decided to train as a yoga teacher in March 2025—only to discover I was pregnant while training in Goa! I spent the summer teaching across Leicestershire before heading on maternity leave, and I’m delighted to now join the team at The Nest every Wednesday evening. Motherhood has reshaped how I practise and teach, with a focus on calm, safety, and grounding—though my Vinyasa classes will still bring a little spice.
