Chloe Hurst
Vinyasa and Beginners Yoga Teacher

My personal yoga journey began at The Nest, where I discovered a deep love for the practice and its endless benefits, inspiring me to complete my teacher training to share this passion with others. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can flow with intention, connect with your breath, and find balance on and off the mat. Together, we’ll explore the harmony of movement and mindfulness, strength, flexibility, and inner peace for the mind, body and soul.

Eva Holmes
Restorative Yoga & Vinyasa Flow Teacher

I am excited to embark on this yoga journey with you, where we can grow and connect through the union of body, mind, and spirit. I love increasing flexibility in the body, as well as the mind, which together we can achieve on our mats. My passion is travelling and exploring new cultures.

The thing I love most about yoga is its versatility – no matter where I am in the world, I can practise yoga. Whatever l might need that day, perhaps a strengthening vinyasa flow or a relaxing deep yin stretch is within my reach. My training at the House of Om in Bali opened my eyes to the incredible sense of community that yoga fosters, and I can't wait to bring that sense of connection into our classes together.

My hope is that you leave each class feeling clear-headed, energised, and with a smile of accomplishment. Practicing self-love and self-acceptance, all while improving our strength and flexibility. Let’s conquer the week ahead by starting with a beautiful Yin stretch.

Katy Cooper
Women's Yoga Teacher

Yoga has brought so much to my life, and I’m passionate about sharing that with other women. My classes offer a space to step away from the day-to-day and reconnect, through movement, breath, and deep rest.

I blend yoga with fitness-inspired flows to support the female body, always finishing with 15 minutes of guided relaxation. There’s no pressure or expectation, just a welcoming space to move intuitively, connect, and leave with exactly what you need.

We laugh, we breathe, we move, and most importantly, we create space to listen inwards. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be met with warmth, support, and a class that honours exactly where you are.

Sophie Page
Intro to Vinyasa, Power Yoga & Yin Yoga Teacher

I’m an avid enthusiast of both Yin and Yang styles of yoga.
Meaning, that I love to practice and to teach a class which incorporates a hearty Vinyasa flow to build strength and confidence but also to balance that out and wind down with some longer hold stretches and a focus on listening to what the body needs that day. We will build strength and resilience in both our bodies and minds with strong and sometimes challenging postures, learning to sit in the uncomfortable- as that’s usually the space where growth develops.

I am a very informal character and I like my classes to be fun and interesting, so even though over time we will build on certain poses, expect a different class every time.

I’ve seen people increase their strength and mobility quickly in my classes (with regular commitment) and I’ve found a purpose in helping to encourage and support others with their developments.

On a personal note, I’ve found that yoga has given me a huge amount confidence and enhances my life daily in many ways.
