Join Yoga teacher and Sound therapist, Karolina, for some Sunday magic, as she takes you on a journey of breathwork & Sound - amazing tools for healing and mindfulness.
The session will begin with breathwork to release stress and tensions accumulated in the body, improve mental clarity and deepen the relationship to your breath and to yourself.
Next, we will immerse ourselves into the healing vibration of sound. This sound meditation uses Tibetan, Crystal bowls, Gongs and other harmonising instruments to vibrate the whole body and bring it back into a state of harmony - working on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
Sound Healing is an amazing way to improve your sleep patterns, energy flow within the body, emotional wellbeing, pain management, immune system and will soothe your nervous system and nourish your body.
What to bring: A pillow and blanket and any other items to allow yourself to get super comfy during your sound healing. Eg. eye pillow, cosy socks for your feet.
We will be serving you warming herbal teas.
