Your Weekly Yoga & Pilates Classes
Mondays With Hayley:
6-6:45pm SCULPT
This a brand new Nest Signature class like no other. The session is led by Hayley and will provide a 45-minute-high intensity combo class, with weight resistance. This is a short sharp session that will ensure that you leave feeling satisfied that you have covered every inch of the body, and adding the weight resistance will be sure to bring on the burn and ache and then the sculpt. The class will be composed of a combination of Pilates, Barre and Yoga moves/sequences and will incorporate the equipment of lights hand weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls. (Suitable for all - its strong! - modifications offered)
7-8pm Pilates Therapy Class
Join Hayley our Pilates expert for this hour-long ‘therapy’ session for the body. This class harnesses the power of Pilates to restore, stretch and lengthen tired muscles. Working through the whole body, we mobilise and increase flexibility through the joints, preventing injury and reducing pain and inflammation throughout the body and improve posture. If you have aches, pains or just want to help your body to feel aligned and happy, this class is for you!
This class is IDEAL for anyone carrying any injuries, niggles or recovering from injury. (suitable for all)
Tuesdays With Vicki:
9:30-10:30am - Slower Flow
This class suits both to beginners, as well as those who are well practiced. This slow flow will break things down as we spend a little longer both in time and intention in exploring the flow poses. It will be a nourishing and explorative practice with lots of modifications to each pose to suit all levels, enabling you to carry all the benefits that the class will give you on in to your day. with Vicki (suitable for all)
6-7pm - Restorative Flow
Also suitable for beginners, this class will literally slow things down offering a beautiful flow which synchronises movement and breath. A slow practice promoting strength and grace in your movement, helping to still your busy minds. with Vicki (beginners to all levels)
7:15-8:15pm - Go With The Flow
This is a mixed class for everybody, whether you are just starting out or well practiced at Yoga because we will be doing exactly that “going with the flow.” The class will be delivered in a way that you can either scale things down or dial them up depending on how your body is but also depending on how you feel. In a true Vicki style the class will be a medley of everything and anything depending on where the mood, the body and the room takes us. Anything goes in this class. (beginners to all levels)
Wednesdays With Sophie :
6-7pm - Intro To Flow
This class is our beginners’ yoga class where we take a much slower approach to the flow. We slow down the postures to ensure we have the correct alignment and over time building up to more speed and flow as we become more familiar with the postures and how they link together. (perfect for beginners)
7:15-8:15pm - Power Yoga Flow
This is a faster-paced Vinyasa Flow class and it’s designed for intermediate to advanced students or new students who already have a good level of upper body and core strength. This class in particular focuses on the STRENGTH postures so expect lots of flowing through lunges, planks, side planks, arm balances and core postures.(intermediate to advanced level)
Thursdays With Katy:
6-7pm - Pregnancy Yoga
Enjoy 45 minutes of pregnancy yoga, followed by 15 minutes of relaxations and start with us from 14 week up until your baby is due! You will be expertly guided by your qualified pregnancy yoga teacher, Katy, from Body to Baby and learn safe, yet beautiful strengthening postures and movements specifically adapted for pregnancy. You will focus on relieving those aches and pains helping you to feel lighter and physically stronger as you move through each stage of your pregnancy. (more details below)
7:15-8:15pm - Womens Yoga
This unique class offers women specific poses to strengthen the core and pelvic floor enhancing their physical strength and stability. The class will offer a beautiful blend of yoga, pilates and fitness all rolled into one dynamic flow, with a guided relaxation at the end of every class. (beginners to all levels)
Fridays:
9:30-10:30am - Fridays Flow with Vicki
This is a class where we totally go with the flow hence why I call it Friday Flow!! It’s a faster pace than Intro to Flow but not as strong a flow as Power Flow. SO, anything goes!! One of our jobs as Yoga teachers is to read the energy in the room and Friday is one of those days, so we will flow with your energy. If we are energised we will flow with that Friday feeling, and if we are ‘done in’ we embrace a more mellow flow to recharge. (intermediate level)
5:30-6:30pm - Yin Yoga with Sophie
Friday evenings are all about this rejuvenating Yin Yoga class that focuses on deep stretches and relaxation. Release tension, improve flexibility, and embrace mindfulness in a serene environment. Unwind and nourish your body and mind. (all levels)
Saturdays with Sophie
Stretch & Flow - 7.30-8.30am
A wonderful way to elevate and start your Saturday mornings with a rejuvenating yoga class. This class will be a wake up for the mind and body, it will be a harmonious blend of stretching and flowing sequences. It will be a softer flow due to the time of day, it’s designed to slowly awaken you so is suitable for all levels including beginners.
